Help Idahoans get back on their feet smack dab in the middle of a pandemic. 
Get people back to work, or training as soon as possible - that was the challenge with this campaign. A site had to be developed quickly, a campaign created from 6 feet away, and a media strategy developed that reached even the smallest crooks of Idaho. This campaign did all that in Spanish and English, and was live in time to allow Idahoans access to their limited CARES act funds.  
The campaign relied heavily on audio, one of my favorite spots was simply called "moo".
The site was developed to give users truly helpful tools in their job search or career reset - as opposed to aggregate sites that offer nothing more than re-organized information. Idaholaunch.com offers a skill sync tool where you can check your soft and hard skills against what Idaho employers are looking for based on a recent survey.  And, gauge your industry outlook based on region and recent jobs reports. 
The campaign was mostly online (social, digital, streaming, search) but a few print pieces were developed for partner toolkits and regional offices.
